Design and Implement Funding Strategies
Design
and implement funding strategies and sources of funding the Project, including but not limited to bonds, tax-credit
structures, bank loans, and other funding sources available;
Develop Finance Plan
Develop a plan of finance in conjunction with Academy administration;
Assist Development of Finance Terms
Assist
with the development of the financing terms and structures of various options to finance the Project;
Develop and Implement Strategy to Maximize Rating
Develop and implement a strategy to maximize the rating, if applicable, consistent with
your goals and business plans;
Develop and Implement Strategy to Select Service Providers
Develop and implement strategy to select professional service providers for the various funding strategies;
If the funding source is a bond issue, provide usual and customary services related to bond issues, including
professional service provider selection, advising you on the marketing effort of the bond underwriter, and other
services;
Prepare Written Reports
Prepare or have prepared written reports outlining the feasibility of the Project;
Assist with Development of Financing Projections
Assist with development of financing projections and pro forma financial statements;
Facilitate Visits with Rating Agencies
Participate in visits/meetings with credit rating agencies and investors in your Obligations, and other
meetings as requested;
Attend Meetings
Attend meetings as requested by you;
Interact with Investors and Lenders
Directly interact with investors and lenders on your behalf;
Prepare Other Services as Requested
Provide other services as requested, as reasonable and appropriate.
